Weekend Preview 8th and 9th February

This week it is back to business as usual as our teams return to National League action after the Scottish Cup finals last weekend. All the teams are playing away from home this weekend.

The Senior Men face an early start as they travel to Glasgow to take on the Rocks with a 10:45am tip off. Also on the road this weekend are the Under 18 Men and Under 16 Men, who are both away to Tayside in what is always a tough match up. The Juniors tip off at 1:20pm with the Cadets following at 3:20pm.

Meanwhile, the Senior Women and Junior Women travel to the Mariner Centre to take on Falkirk Fury. This is a must win game for the Seniors who need to keep up the pressure on current league leaders Lady Rocks. The Juniors will be looking to maintain their unbeaten league record against bottom placed Fury. Seniors tip off at 1:50pm and Juniors at 3:40pm.

Later on Saturday evening the Senior Men take on Spartans in the Lothian League at The Crags, tipping off at 6:45pm.

On Sunday, the U16 Women also travel to Arbroath to play Tayside at 1:20pm and will be hoping to improve on the 20 point loss from earlier in the season.

Lastly, the Division 2 U18 Men have the short hop over to Broughton High on Sunday to meet Edinburgh Lions. This top-of-the-table clash tips off at 2:20pm and could very well decide the league this year. If you want to catch some basketball in Edinburgh this weekend this is one not to be missed!

Very best of luck to all our teams this weekend.
