In a fantastic final weekend for the Club, both Senior teams were successful in the 2013 Play-off finals at the Lagoon Arena in Paisley.
The Kats romped to a 82-47 win against the home team, St Mirren. Top scorer was Hannah Peacock with a massive 40 point total, assisted by Shauna O'Connor and Tracey Phillips with 11 apiece, although all the bench managed to get on the court during the game.
The Kings v Fury game was altogether a more tense affair. The final winning points being scored by Edgars Rekis from the free throw line in the dying seconds of the game. Edgars also finished as top scorer on the day with 25 points, followed by Lee Reilly on 19.
Congratulations to both teams and all the coaches for doing the "double"!
The Junior Mens Division 2 League was also concluded at the weekend, with the Kings 'B' team finishing on a high with wins against Edinburgh Lions (70-42) and Grampian Flyers (76-59). The boys were crowned league champions with an amazing 17 game unbeaten run.
