On Friday 17th the under-12s took part in the first games in the Edinburgh Cluster League. This is a new initiative from ActiveSchools and is aimed at giving the best players from primary schools a chance to play more games through representing their local cluster once a month. As our club is based at Portobello HS, our u12 section will be representing the Portobello cluster in this league. The league runs on one Friday each month from 4-6pm at Forrester/St Augustines High School joint campus.
Everyone seemed to have a great time and it was a good opportunity to play some competitive basketball. Check out the under-12's own page for some exciting news about the plans for next year for this age group and for some more photos from Friday.
