Super Saturday - with a difference

Saturday 7th December is a Super Saturday with a difference! Our match day is being sponsored by La Favorita who will be coming along and selling pizzas all during the day.

All profits from the sale of the pizzas will go to the Club so please some along and cheer on the teams and enjoy some delicious pizza from Portobello's newest Italian restaurant.

The first game on Saturday sees the U16 Women play Polonia Phoenix in their first league encounter of the season at 11:00am. The Kats however had a comfortable Cup win last month at the Crags and should be looking for a similar result at Portobello.

The U16 Men and U18 Men are next up at Portobello, both playing Highland Bears and both keen to reverse the surprise defeats they were handed by the Bears in the first games of the season. The Cadets tip off at 1:00pm and the Juniors at 3:00pm.

The Junior Women tip off at 5:00pm, also against Polonia. The Kats have a league win already this season and should be hopeful for a win against bottom of the league Phoenix.

Last game of the day at Portobello is the Senior Men's match against Stirling Knights at 7:00pm. The Kings will be keen to bounce back after the disappointment of last week's defeat to Fury.

Prior to this on Friday, the Senior Women take on Polonia in the SNBL Game of the Week. Lets hope for a repeat of the last result when the Kats had a 40 point winning margin at the Crags. Tip off is at 7:00pm.

Sunday sees the newly formed Under 16 Women Division 2 league take place as the Kats travel to Dundee for two games. First up are West Lothian Wolves at 11:00am and then Stirling Knights at 2:30pm.

Good luck to all our teams this weekend.
