The cost for the 12 weeks is £30, payable by cash or cheque on the first day back.

Coaching

Thanks to all of the Mini-Hoops coaches who are doing a great job of bringing on our youngest players. You may have noticed Derek taking a leading role over the past few weeks, as Simon now has work commitments on a Sunday. I'm sure you'll agree that Derek's leadership at the Christmas session in his Santa hat was particularly impressive! We now also have Euan Campbell stepping in to help out (also wearing his Santa hat yesterday) who is an experienced player, coach and basketball development officer.

Our coaching plan for the new year is to group children more consistently - according to experience/age/ability/game play/skill level etc. etc. We want to make sure that everyone gets the most out of the sessions - our primary goals will be engagement and enjoyment!

Year Books and T-Shirt Orders

For those of you who have ordered Year Books or T-shirts, these will be available to pick up on Saturday 20th December between 11am and 4pm from Portobello High School where the last games of the year will be taking place...so you can also stay and watch for a while too. If you find your way to the tuck shop, you'll be able to pick up your order there.

Anybody who didn't order a Year Book and would like one, feel free to drop in and buy one on the 20th. They cost £5.

Anybody interested in a t-shirt order please see the order form on this page of the website.

The mini hoopers tend to wear the purple Fruit of the Loom t-shirts (EBC02) with their surnames printed on the reverse. They cost £11 including printing. Available in age 5-6, 7-8, or 9-12 sizes.

If you're quick and let us know in the next few days what you would like, Paul has said he'll try to get them done for pick up on the 20th (so long as he has the size you need in stock).
