Scottish Cup quarter final fever this weekend

This weekend sees our teams take a break from league duty to concentrate on progressing in the Scottish Cup.

The Men's team are away to Troon Tornadoes in what will be a very tough match as since their shock defeat at the hands of Boroughmuir, Troon have turned in some impressive results. The teams tip off at 3.20pm at Stewarton Sports Centre.

With Falkirk Fury the likely match up for the next round, our team will need to bounce back from their league defeat last weekend and be at their best to progress and get the chance to avenge that defeat!

The Senior Women have no game this weekend as they are already through to the semi-final and await the winner of the Polonia v St Mirren tie this weekend. Similarly the Junior Women are in the semi-final and will play Tayside later on this month.

The first game at Portobello on Saturday will be a repeat of last week's league fixture and hopefully a repeat of the result as the Junior Men take on Falkirk Fury after their 16 point win at the Mariner. They will tip off at 11am.

At 1pm the Cadet Men will be looking to turn around the 8 point defeat inflicted upon them by Dunfermline Reign in the league. The Cadet Men have hit a good run of form and are looking for their 6th win in a row.

The improving Cadette Women will also be hoping to add to their recent run of victories but they face perhaps the toughest task as they face the undefeated Glasgow Rocks at St Maurice's High School on Sunday at 12.20.
