Junior Women 1st Quarter shocker, then a different team

The Junior Women had a quarter to forget at the start of their Scottish Cup semi-final against Polonia. 18 turnovers and zero points saw them 18 - 0 down at the end of it.

Then they decided to play the way they can and pulled back to a 10 point defeat at the hands of local rivals Polonia. If only ...

Hannah top scored with 24 points and held their go-to player to 22. No-one else made double figures but all pressed well in the last 3 quarters to cause Polonia some concern.

The young team are learning all the time and they will progress after an experience like yesterday. "Grist to the mill" as they say, and they will reap the benefits in future games.
