Vital league points were secured by the Senior Kats in Thursday night crunch match with Polonia Phoenix. Ben Gunn's match report - "After being up 16-9 in the first quarter a poor performance at both ends of the court in the second quarter left the team down 29-31 at half time. A much more positive attitude helped the team build a lead in the third quarter which they never relinquished. Final score 66-59. Charlotte Hope King scored 21, Sarah O’Brien 18 and Emma Findlay 13 for Kats, while Julie Ritchie responded with 19 and Alison Mitchell 15 for Polonia."
