From Trevor Lodge : I'm writing to invite you to a parents' meeting on Thursday 4 February 7.30-8.30pm at Portobello High School in the PE Department classroom.
As you know, we are always keen to encourage parents of our players to get involved in the club's activities. You can help in all kinds of ways. For example we need people to act as team managers, table officials, statisticians, first aiders. On match days we need help to transport players to matches, staff the tuck shop, set up/take down the hall. In addition we would welcome assistance in fundraising, selling raffle tickets, organising club events and general administration.
If you have a little spare time and think you can help in any way, please come along and show your support next Thursday.
