Below you will find the agenda and papers for this year's Annual General Meeting.
For those of you who have never been to an AGM before, it is perhaps the most important meeting in the Club calendar. The meeting enables you to put forward your views on the running of the club, the direction of travel and the way the finances are managed. It is your Club and your money, so it is important that you have your say. If you have any issues that you wish to raise at the meeting please let Trevor Lodge have them by Monday 22 June at the latest.
This meeting also gives you the opportunity to vote for the people you want to be on the committee. Nominations for the following committee positions are invited and should also be submitted to me by Monday 22 June at the latest.

We would welcome any expressions of interest from parents who might wish to become involved in the running/supporting the club in any capacity. We are particularly keen to enlist the help of Team Managers to assist coaches in organising their teams.
This year's meeting wlll be discussing a number of very important issues which will be of interest to everyone. These include increasing financial pressures, subscription levels, recruitment of volunteers and the replacement of Portobello High School.
So if you have thoughts on any of these matters, want to get involved, or just want to get something off your chest, this is the meeting to make your voice heard.
