The SW squad has been boosted this season by the return of Annie Rowan from a year in Barcelona and Tracy Phillips our much travelled former player who adds great experience to the team. The addition of Samantha Duff, an Aussie/Scot, and Pili Alvarez from Spain have given the SW much more fire power this season.
This squad of players is probably the strongest both in quality and depth down the bench that the coaching staff have worked with at the Club. With 3 games left until the Christmas break the team are looking to go into the New Year with a 100% win record.
A friendly in Newcastle early in January should help in the preparations for the 2nd half of the season.
