Happy New Year from the Committee and Coaches at City of Edinburgh Basketball Club.
2007 ended with a number of very successful events –
- The Christmas Quiz and Disco, organised and run by a group of senior members.
- The annual Christmas Raffle. Many thanks to the organisations that donated prizes for the raffle including British Telecom and Hewlett Packard.
- The Hogmanay Bag Pack. Many thanks to Asda for this opportunity and their ongoing support to the Club.
These events raised significant funds for the Club, all of which will support future development activities.
Plans for 2008 include the launch of a Club Google Group to give us an on-line forum for our members to post news and discuss Club activities and additional fund-raising events including our annual Race Night. More details will be provided on this web-site as they become available.
